I hired Evelyn to probate my mothers will. She sat down with me and explained how we would do this. She consulted with the investment company handling my mothers investment accounts. She determined which document would best suit our situation. Evelyn filed papers with the county probate court and acquired a date for the court proceedings. After receiving the "Muniment of Title" she met with us and the investment company to go over the procedure that would take place. She also sent us documentation to file an "Affadavit of Heirship" that was required to sell the house. Evelyn has been very efficient in helping me with my mothers estate. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of help with estate planning.
